Physical Exam

Physical Exams is where you document readings for height and weight, blood pressure, bloodwork, and other abnormalities. This is also where an Athletic Physical can be documented.
‎When height and weight are entered in a physical exam and saved, the BMI and the BMI % are calculated and plotted on a sliding graph.
